New location gives Canadian and international brands direct fulfillment coverage across the U.S. Southeast
TORONTO, Ontario – September 24, 2026 – Darwynn, a Canadian third-party logistics and fulfillment technology company, today announced the addition of a new fulfillment location in Georgia serving the greater Atlanta market, expanding its U.S. fulfillment capabilities and giving customers faster access to the Southeast.
The Atlanta-area operation is managed in partnership with an established U.S. fulfillment provider and connected to Darwynn’s order management and warehouse systems. Customers can therefore manage Canadian and U.S. fulfillment through a coordinated operating environment rather than building and managing a separate American logistics operation.
The expansion responds directly to growing demand from Darwynn customers selling into the United States who need domestic inventory and fulfillment closer to their customers.
For Canadian brands in particular, shipping every U.S. order cross-border can introduce additional transit time, cost and operational complexity. Positioning inventory inside the United States allows brands to fulfill domestic orders locally while continuing to manage their broader logistics relationship through Darwynn.
Why Atlanta
Atlanta is one of the most strategically connected distribution markets in the United States.
Its location provides strong ground coverage throughout the Southeast and access to major parcel, freight and transportation networks. Georgia also provides direct inland connectivity to the Port of Savannah, one of North America’s major container gateways.
For brands importing inventory from Asia, Europe and other international markets, that combination creates a more efficient path from inbound container to warehouse to end customer.
The location also strengthens Darwynn’s ability to support brands expanding beyond Canada without requiring them to establish their own U.S. warehouse, systems, staffing and carrier relationships.
Fulfillment capabilities in Georgia
The Atlanta-area location supports receiving and inspection, pallet, case and bin storage, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, B2B and retail distribution, returns processing, kitting, bundling and other value-added services.
The operation is designed to support the same mix of channels Darwynn customers already manage in Canada, including ecommerce, marketplace, wholesale and retail fulfillment.
That means brands can position inventory closer to U.S. customers while maintaining greater consistency across their Canadian and American operations.
Reza Bafandeh, CEO of Darwynn, said:
“Our customers did not ask us for a building in Atlanta. They asked us to solve a problem. They were losing sales because fulfillment into the United States was too slow or too expensive, while building their own American operation was not something most of them could justify.”
“Georgia gives us a practical answer to that problem. The partner model allowed us to add the capability quickly and connect it into the systems our customers already use with Darwynn.”
“We would rather add capability where our customers need it than add square footage simply because it looks impressive. This is the first of those expansions, not the last.”
Building a broader North American fulfillment network
The Georgia expansion extends Darwynn’s existing Canadian fulfillment network across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec and strengthens the company’s ability to support brands operating on both sides of the border.
For customers, the objective is straightforward: position inventory closer to demand, reduce unnecessary cross-border movements and create a fulfillment network that can scale as the business expands.
The Atlanta location is available now for customers requiring U.S. Southeast fulfillment.
